Cleaning is the first step. This will remove the years of weathering, weeds, moss and algae from the surface and also from between the blocks. Your drive will be cleaned with commercial pressure washing equipment (so no electric pressure washers used here!).
Once cleaned your block paved drive will then be re-sanded using kiln dried sand. This is done on a separate day to allow your block paved driveway to dry out. The sand is swept in between the blocks and fills all the gaps to stabilise them to stop the blocks from moving.
We can stop there is you wish! But if you want a fantastic looking driveway that will look good for longer than we would recommend that your block paved driveway is sealed. We can apply two coats of seal to your driveway to protect against UV rays, help slow the weed population and keep your driveway looking great for longer.
